Access is typically provided for the lifetime of the course on our platform unless otherwise stated at purchase. Sharing logins or course files with third parties is prohibited.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees for courses and memberships are shown as the final payable amount after 18% GST. Checkout shows the GST breakdown but does not add tax again on top of the listed price. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Refunds are governed by our Cancel policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content—videos, text, graphics, code, assessments, and materials—is owned by MOVENTIXEDU or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content except as permitted for your own learning within the platform.

6. User Conduct

You must not:

• Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Harass instructors, staff, or other learners
